Nicole started playing softball at the age of 7 and instantly fell in love. Growing up she played travel softball for Bull/Sox Training Academy and Beverly Bandits Conroy. Nicole attended Marist High School where she gathered numerous awards (All-State, All-Area, All-Conference, etc.) and championships (Conference, Regional, Sectional, Super-Sectional, etc.). Most notably was aiding her team to winning the first 4A state title in school history. She continued her softball career as a four year starter at North Dakota (DI) as a utility player, where she received All-Conference honors among solidifying her name in the school record books. Nicole was a student assistant coach for UND before coming to p3. She was also recently inducted into the Marist High School Hall of Fame in 2020.
Amber Broderick (Buss) was a four year varsity starter at Tinley Park High School. She was a part of Tinley Park’s first ever Regional Championship team in 2009 and was awarded All-Conference. She moved on to play at Prairie State for 2 years where she was awarded All-Conference and All-Region and Robert Morris for 2 years where she studied Exercise Science. She ended her travel career with the New Lenox Lightning who became metro champions that year.
Lexi started playing softball at the age of 5 and instantly fell in love with the sport. She played many positions before finding her love for pitching and playing the outfield. Lexi ended her travel career right here with P3 where the 18u team placed 2nd at the USSSA National Tournament in Texas in 2019. Lexi graduated from Amos Alonzo Stagg High School, where she played all four year and is currently attending Joliet Junior College to become a veterinarian technician. Lexi is super excited to be coaching this year and to share all that she has learned with the girls!
